Acer presents two new 240Hz VA Monitors, Both XZ320QX and XZ270X monitors will offer 4000:1 contrast ratio
Acer is readying two new gaming monitors, as these have been spotted on some Asian retailers. The two monitors are the 27-inch XZ270X and the 32-inch XZ320QX.
Both monitors are offering VA panels with 4000:1 standard contrast ratio and 1920x1080 maximum screen resolution. The maximum refresh rate that both models will reach are 240hz and they will support NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync technologies, so that users will not experience any screen stuttering nor picture tearing.
The Acer XZ320QX and Acer XZ270X monitors will offer the following other specs: excellent wide viewing angles, 1500R curvature radius for 27" XZ270X and 1800R curvature radius for the 32" XZ320QX unit, 250nits brightness, 1ms response time, 16.7M colors, 72% NTSC color gamut, one DisplayPort, two HDMI 1.4 ports, and two 2W audio speakers. There is no info on their global worldwide release date nor on their pricing.
The monitors will most probably be released later this year, and we will post an update when the info gets here.
