Asus has officially announced a brand new professional monitor that should be released some time at the end of the year, or in early 2023. One thing that differentiates the PA248CNV from other similar monitors is the fact that it sports a 16:10 aspect ratio instead of the all popular 16:9 value.

This ASUS monitor is using the ProArt PA248CNV model version, and it will sport a 24.1-inch screen size, IPS panel, excellent wide viewing angles, 1920x1200 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB color space, 300nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR), 5ms GtG response time, HDR10, flicker-free, 75hz maximum refresh rate, 11 ProArt Presets, gamma adjustment, ProArt Palette, QuickFit, HDCP 1.4, Adaptive Sync, ProArt Widget, Low Blue Light, and ProArt Palette.

The monitor also comes with two built-in 2W audio speakers, USB-C port, HDMI 1.4 input, DisplayPort 1.2 inputs, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A hub, 3.5mm headphone jack, RJ45 port, and up to 9)W USB-C Power Delivery. The stand that comes with the ProArt PA248CNV offers complete ergonomics as users will be allowed to adjust the tilt, swivel, height and pivot angles. For those with desk mounts they can hook the monitor to their desk as it is VESA 100x100 compatible.
