BenQ Zowie XL2546S New Full HD Monitor is Offering 240Hz Refresh Rate and DyAc+ Blur Reduction Technology
BenQ is preparing the release of a new competitive gaming monitor. The launch should happen later this year and we will post an update when BenQ officially confirms it.
This XL2546S Zowie monitor by BenQ is packing 240Hz refresh rate support via both HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort inputs, 24.5 TN panel, 1920 x 1080 Full HD screen resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 320 nits max brightness, Dynamic Accuracy Plus technology, and tons of other FPS eSports oriented features and functions that will make this monitor a must-have if you're mostly playing fast-action competitive video games.
This monitor offers the BenQ DyAc+ blur reduction backlight technology which greatly reduces the blurring effect when spraying. This feature should allow competitive players better control the recoil in games like CS:GO. The monitor's panel is TN, so you should expect a very fast response time at all times.
The BenQ Zowie XL2546S monitor comes with a professional stand that allows the user to change the monitor's pivot, swivel, tilt and height positions, so that it will provide a comfortable gaming experience every time a game is running. The monitor also comes with Shield on two of its sides. The BenQ detachable shields will remove any glares and other sources of light from interfering with its screen.
When it comes to connectivity the BenQ Zowie montior comes with two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.2 input, one DL-DVI input, headphone and microphone jacks. NOTE: there are no integrated audio speakers. The monitor's availability and pricing are unknown.
