Dell prepares the launch of a new gaming monitor that is capable of 360Hz refresh rate, and it is designed mostly for e-Sports video games. There is no info at this moment on the launch date nor pricing.

The Dell Alienware AW2521H will feature the following specs and functions: 24.5 inches IPS panel, 1920 x 1080 Full HD maximum screen resolution, and Native NVIDIA G-Sync support. Dell hasn't listed any other details about the AW2521H, and we should be getting extra info in the following weeks. At this moment all the details about the specs of the AW2521H will only count as rumors and these will be confirmed at a later date.

You can read more about this model and other Alienware news by going to their press release here. Hopefully the IPS panel will perform great at 360Hz. Another detail that they confirmed was the color of the monitor's case, as it will come in Dark Side of the Moon color. The Dell Alienware AW2521H monitor will be released most probably in autumn. The pricing of this model will most probably go over $1000 due to its high refresh rate and NVIDIA G-Sync technology support.

Note that the 360Hz refresh rate will make sense only for those with super powerful computers that are capable of drawing hundreds of FPS in competitive titles running in FullHD resolutions.
