EIZO Announces the CG3246 ColorEdge Prominence Monitor with HDR Reference and Built-in Calibration Sensor

Eizo is a company that designs monitors for graphic designers, photographers and any other types of users who are working with colors. Now they have announced a brand new ColorEdge Prominence monitor that should be released soon.

The Eizo ColorEdge Prominence CG3146 comes with the following features and functions: built-in calibration sensor, high brightness panel that offers 1000 nits brightness, DCI-4K support with a maximum resolution that goes up to 4096x2160 and a 31" diagonal size. The ColorNavigator 7 is the software that will help you easily tinker with the colors of your monitor. The same software allows you to correct any deviations you will observe due to aging, so that the monitor will maintain the same color levels at all times.

The panel that comes with the Eizo CG3146 is an IPS panel with an aspect ratio of 17:9, 1.07B colors, excellent wide viewing angles, 1M:1 contrast ratio, 10ms response time, and 99% DCI-P3 color gamut. It is VESA 200x200 wall mountable. The warranty for this monitor will hold or five years. The release date for this monitor is not known currently, but it should happen later this year - we will post an article update when Eizo announces the release date and pricing for this monitor.
