Gigabyte confirms official specs for the 48inch AORUS FO48U monitor

This Gigabyte AORUS FO48U is the first 48-inch gaming monitor sporting an OLED screen. Today the monitor was listed on the official Gigabyte website along with its final list of specifications.

The AORUS FO48U will most probably be available worldwide in the following months. The monitor comes with the following specs: 48-inch OLED screen, 4K UltraHD resolution, 120hz refresh rate, 1ms GtG response time, HDR10/ HLG, 98% DCI-P3 and 130% sRGB color gamut, excellent wide viewing angles, Flicker-free, 135000:1 contrast ratio, HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 DSC input, 3.5mm headphone jack, built-in speakers, Black Equalizer, Aim Stabilizer Sync, PiP/ PbP, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C port, VESA 300x300 wall mount support.

The HDMI 2.1 ports are designed to work with the new gaming consoles, so that PS5 / Xbox Series X will support 4K UltraHD resolution at 120hz refresh rate. The monitor's ergonomics are non-existent due to its size, but you can easily mount it to a wall for better viewing angles.

The monitor should be launched at a later date this year, and we are currently waiting on official word on pricing and availability.
