Gigabyte will launch the G34WQC 1440p and 144hz UltraWide Monitor in September 2020
Gigabyte has officially confirmed and posted the specs of their G34WQC, a new UltraWide 1440p curved gaming monitor with 144hz variable refresh rate. The monitor should be released next month in September 2020.
The Gigabyte G34WQC will be offering the following specs: curved 34-inch VA panel, 3440 x 1440 QHD screen resolution, 1500R screen curvature, 21:9 aspect ratio, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 350nits brightness, 8bit panel, 90% DCI-P3 and 120% sRGB wide color gamuts, 1ms response time MPRT, VESA Display HDR400, 144hz variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium support, G-Sync Compatibility, Flicker-free, excellent wide viewing angles, and built-in audio speakers.
When it comes to connectivity the G34WQC monitor offers two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 input, and a 3.5 headphone jack. The stand that comes with the monitor is removable and it allows the adjusting its height and tilt angles. If you wish to get better ergonomics, then you can go for a desk mount as the monitor is VESA 100x100.
