MSI has officially confirmed that MAG270VC2 will launch later this month, and the Amazon product page is officially live as well. The model is designed for those looking to get a more than capable budget gaming monitor, as it offers all the basic competitive gaming features like fast refresh rate, Full HD resolution with great colors and a decently sized panel.

MSI MAG270VC2 comes with the following specs: 27-inch VA curved display, 1800R screen curvature with excellent wide viewing angles, 1920 x 1080 Full HD screen resolution, 165hz maximum variable refresh rate, 16:9 aspect ratio, 1ms minimum response time, Adaptive Sync technology that should support both AMD Radeon FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync. The VA panel of the MSI MAG270VC2 offers 250nits brightness, 16.7M colors, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 96% DCI-P3 and 122% sRGB wide color gamuts.

There are three connectivity ports on the back of the monitor: one HDMI 2.0, one HDMI 1.4 and one DisplayPort 1.2 input. The HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2 will support 165hz refresh rates, while the HDMI 1.4 input only goes up to 144hz. Also, the ergonomics will allow users to change the monitor's height, swivel and tilt angles. If you wish to get better ergonomics, then you can use a wall/desk mount as the monitor is VESA 75x75 compatible.

The MSI MAG270VC2 gaming monitor is listed for pre-order on Amazon, and it will be shipped starting with the 28th of September, 2020. The pricing has been set at $250, which is an excellent price for all the goodies this monitor is offering.
