MSI Optix G241 and G271 Monitors Get Official Specs
The MSI Optix G G241 and G271 are two new gaming monitors that should be released later this year. Both monitors will sport AMD FreeSync Premium technology support and Full HD resolutions.
The MSI Optix G241 is a gaming monitor that will be launched this year. Today we got info on the monitor's official specs: 23.8-inch IPS panel, 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 144Hz variable refresh rate, 1ms response time, AMD FreeSync Premium technology, NightVision, Anti-flicker, Less Blue Light, excellent wide viewing angles, 16:9 aspect ratio, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7M colors, 95% DCI-P3 and 128% sRGB wide color gamuts, VESA 100x100, tilt adjustment only, DisplayPort 1.2a, two HDMI 1.4b ports, 3.5mm headphone jack. The design for this 24" model is called frameless, as it offers thin bezels on three of the monitor's sides.
The Optix G271 by MSI is the bigger one, as it comes with a 27-inch IPS panel and it features almost the same features as the smaller 24" model. Full HD 1920x1080 resolution, 1ms response time, 144hz variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium technology, Night Vision, Frameless design, Anti-flicker, Less Blue Light, 178°/178° wide viewing angles, 1000:1 contrast ratio, anti-glare, 92% DCI-P3 and 120% sRGB wide color gamuts. For connectivity, the Optix G271 offers one DisplayPort 1.2a and two HDMI 1.4b inputs, all three are supporting 144Hz refresh rate and FreeSync.
