Philips Launches the 38-inch Momentum 392M7C Curved Gaming Monitor with 144Hz Refresh Rate
The Momentum 392M7C curved model by Philips uses a VA panel and it is a unit that is mostly designed to be used for gaming. This monitor comes with both AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies, so that you will get better performance when gaming.
The Philips Momentum 392M7C measures 38.5 inches diagonally, it offers 144Hz variable refresh rate, a curved VA panel and a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080. The curvature radius offered by this monitor is set at 3000R. The monitor offers 1ms MPRT, and it comes with Flicker-free and LowBlue Mode that should reduce the eye strain.
The Momentum 392M7C offers the SmartImage game mode that can be used to improve the performance the monitor offers when you're gaming. Since the monitor is curved and it uses a VA LED panel then it should have great viewing angles. Other features that you will get from this monitor are: 16:9 aspect ratio, 150nits brightness, 5000:1 contrast ratio, 0.445 pixel pitch, 57ppi pixel density, 16.7M colors, 105% sRGB color gamut, tilt adjustment, 3.5mm headphone jack, VESA 100x100 mount support, two HDMI ports, and one DisplayPort input.
The monitor doesn't offer any support for height, swivel or rotation adjustments, as it will only comes with tilt adjustments capabilities. The design used for this model is pretty standard, as it doesn't have any LED lights on its back, or any other Ambiglow functions like we've seen on other Philips models.
