Samsung has just updated their website with a brand new Professional Monitor designed for offices and it packs advanced features that are greatly reducing the fatigue experienced when working for longer periods of time. The monitor will soon be made available for purchase and we will accordingly update the article.
The new Samsung monitor is using the F24T40 model number and it comes with the following specifications and features: 24" PLS (Samsung's IPS version) panel, 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920 x 1080 max screen resolution, 250nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, HDR 72%, 60Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync support, 4ms GtG response time, Game Mode, Eye Saver Mode, one HDMI port and one D-Sub input.
This monitor has a stand that supports tilting, swiveling, pivoting and height adjusting, so that you will be able to easily readjust its angles for better viewing comfort. Due to this monitor's built in AMD FreeSync you will be getting less screen stuttering and tearing, so that you will be able to better enjoy watching your favorite shows/ movies. Also, the AMD FreeSync technology is still a great feature when gaming at 60hz, as all the video game action scenes will look more fluid and smoother than they do on standard 60Hz with no FreeSync built-in.
The monitor also offers Eye Saver Mode that reduces blue light and Flicker-free technology. Both features will greatly help your eyes when staying in front of this monitor for long sessions. The launch date for this monitor isn't known yet, but we should have some news soon.
